Our rental process is open and straightforward.  When you book with us you pay a $750 deposit to hold each week you choose, and this money is credited toward your final rental payment.  We send you an Application and Summer Guest Agreement which clearly shows all expenses, including your deposit credit.  We charge you a $50 processing fee and a 9% tax which goes directly to the State.  A refundable security deposit of $350 is held and returned if the property is clean and undamaged, and all of our properties have cleaning fees that vary by the size of the property.  You pay the balance of the rental amount by June 1.  That's it.  There are no other fees or charges.  You supply your own linens and towels and are expected to leave the unit clean and neat- we will always have a professional cleaning company clean the property prior to your arrival.  If you cancel a reservation we will refund your deposit once and if we fill the reservation.
